How Long Is Each Aerobics Class?

The active component of each aerobics class is typically 30 to 45 minutes. You should expect to spend around an hour in each class when you account for time to set up, communicate with the instructor, and move through each section of the class. However, if you don’t feel you can exercise for the entire class, that’s okay. Talk to your instructor about limitations and modifications that are best for you.

Our classes are suitable for individuals of all physical fitness levels. Our instructors can modify cardio moves to fit your needs, and you can take breaks during class if necessary.

You don’t need any equipment for aerobics classes at Fitness 19 other than safe workout clothing and shoes. Consider bringing a water bottle so you can hydrate during the class.
