Target Those Thighs, Tone Your Shoulders and Bring on the Butt Workout!

With spring break only about 30 days away (give or take), and you want your body to become ‘bikini ready,’ let’s face it: you can’t afford to spare a second sitting on the couch. You’ve got to get to the gym, put in the work, and stay focused! For the next thirty days, you’ll need to exercise daily, and incorporate all of the following exercises. Sure, you’ll feel the burn but come spring break, you’ll reap some major benefits! Pick and choose them on a daily basis, based on what area of the body you’re targeting:

  • 50 crunches
  • 100 high knees
  • 50 squats
  • 70 burpees
  • 200 butt kicks
  • 100 punches
  • 50 squat jumps
  • Daily planks
  • 50 wall sits
  • 50 diamond push-ups
  • Side to side speed planks
  • Side leg lifts (use a resistant band for a greater challenge)
  • Overhead circle with dumbbells
  • Row with side twists
  • Three sessions of high intensity cardio per week to burn calories, and slim down even more!
